During this time of the year, the pace can to become quite hectic. While we engage in the hustle of ensuring everything is prepared for Christmas, something quite different is happening in nature.

The trees have shed all their leaves, the animals are hunkering down and a calmness envelops the land.

The Winter Solstice offers a moment for reflection, respite, and solace amid the prevailing busyness. Marking the shortest day of the year, the sun rises and sets at a fixed point on the horizon, emulating a stillness that only happens twice a year as it tracks its way across the sky.

We might be in the depths of winter, but beyond the Solstice, the imminent promise of spring becomes apparent in a matter of days. Little by little, the days lengthen, heralded by the emergence of the Great tit's spring song and the determined ascent of bulbs through the soil.

Welcoming the return of the light, as with all the old Celtic festivals around the wheel of the year, the Winter Solstice holds a special magic there for us to tap into.

So, join us or catch up with the replay to:

  • Find your inner calm amidst the chaos, offering a reprieve from the hustle of the season
  • Connect with nature's rhythms, align with the natural world’s stillnesss
  • Tap into an ancient way of being, with likeminded people to tune into your spiritual guidance

  • If you know of anyone who would like to come along too, you are welcome to forward this email on to them so they can book on.
  • The start time is 7 pm, and we will finish around 9pm (UK time).
