19:35:53 From Sandy Holt : Cathy I find that when I journey by myself I have to physically walk in the woods and find an axis Mundi because when I do it by myself I just fall asleep or can't quieten my mind, but I always can if I'm physically in nature. So find group on e much better if at home xx

20:15:03 From Ann : I was called to join my ancestor ally who told me she was happy with how I had dealt with a difficult situation and asked her advice on previously. I had wolves and my guide with me whom my ancestor welcomes. We sat around a fire in the stone circle drinking tea.

20:15:43 From Sandy Holt : well, owl joined me I thought it was my Little Owl but it was an owl with ear tufts _ think it may have been Eagle owl as I shapeshifted and flew across the countryside at speed saw the whole of the countryside very fleetingly across fields, through woodlands roads the whole lot then was brought back to my actual home and told I didn't need to return through my axis Mundi I was left in the garden her then walked back into where I am sitting and I was back. Felt exhausted but the message was seeing the bigger picture. Need a sleep now.
20:17:08 From Fiona : I think i met an eagle as a companion. just as i was getting into it, my two spaniels decided to interupt in real life. pleased and disappointed in equal measure at what i might have missed if i could have stayed focussed!

I realised I expected the stars to come closer and for us to know what is on them, where they are, and what is their ‘starness’. I think we used to know the stars. Maybe we used to et them know that we loved them and we used to care for/look after them from afar. In return, perhaps they healed and sent sparkles to our water. 💫
