The breathing of the sea.The sound of the ebb and flow pulling and rolling of the pebbles. Wings beating in unison.Puffin laughing-ha ha it sounded like. The Ariel dance of the sea birds. Just a thought that maybe no background music needed-nature makes its own music-in no way a criticism just a passing thought. It was beautiful and caught the power and strength of the birds and all the other creatures.

I didn’t know what to expect, but I have been carrying a weight of sadness for a good while now; I felt it would be good to come - felt drawn to come to the circle. I loved the film. I don’t think there’s a “right’ way to do the shamanic journey, but I met my guides and was deeply touched that a wolf accompanied me, I feel an affinity to the wolves. I spent quite a few moments in tears throughout the evening, but feel that was a good release from the sadness I am carrying. My intention was to have courage, strength and power to be more positive and have more trust and confidence in the sustaining Love of the universe, which is nameless. Thank you both very very much.
