Sprintember

One week to focus on something that really matters to you

What’s Sprintember?

There’s probably something you’ve been meaning to do this year that you somehow haven’t quite got to.

Something that matters to you that would be good for you to do.Something that perhaps keeps getting pushed down the list while everything else demands your attention.

So, as we reach the Autumn Equinox and that point of balance in the year, we’re going to take a look at:

  • What feels out of balance in your life?
  • Where in your life would a short burst of focused attention help right now?

Then we'll give that one thing a week of focused attention.

It might be something practical. Something creative. Something connected with your health or wellbeing. A spiritual practice you want to return to. Time outdoors. A project that matters to you. Or something you’ve been promising yourself you’ll make space for.

We'd love to hear what your Sprintember Intention is. You can share via our Facebook community or email our Community Manager Sarah Louise at sarahlouise@thewayofthebuzzard.co.uk. If you tell us by Monday 28th, we'll enter you into a prize draw to win an Earth Pathways Calendar.

Here's the link to tell us your Sprintember Intention

In this Circle, we’ll guide you on a journey to meet an animal spirit guide who can offer guidance and support as you work towards whatever you’ve set out to achieve during Sprintember.

At the end of Sprintember

Let us know how you got on in our Mystery School Facebook group community. We’ll post a prompt for you to comment on, or you can create your own post.
