19:21:20 From Jan Sue : Really interesting Nicola. Giving a really sense of meaning in this disconnected and consumerist world.
19:22:16 From Andy Jukes : Same for kids in schools. I used to hate the winter term when teaching in schools. the timetable didn't allow for energy changes with the seasons

19:46:37 From Alison Redgrove : I love this grounding and moving through the year in harmony
19:47:00 From Dawn Carnell : great thanks, need to learn how to work in line with the wheel of the year
19:47:20 From Peter : Loved the picture like ancient manuscript
19:47:40 From Patsy Watten : I can relate to this, it makes sense & feels wonderful :)
19:47:41 From Anne : My youngest was born on 25th Jan and since then that time has highlighted the starting to wake up of nature and the winter is no longer as long
19:47:41 From Paula To All Panelists : It sounds like the wheel of year is similar to the phases of the moon.
19:47:53 From Rachael To All Panelists : so natural- I’m loving growing some of my own veg ✅
19:47:55 From Dawn Carnell : it is a good book indeed
19:47:55 From kathryn To All Panelists : just harvested my first cucumbers and tomatoes
19:48:07 From Deborah To All Panelists : good to give your intentions time to become reality as you set yourself to give you great markers.
19:48:15 From Ian : I like the sense of "Natural Flow" with the Wheel of the Year, natural endings, beinningd "For everything there is a Season"......
19:48:23 From Kate Howells : I resonate fully with this … its so nurturing … thank you Kate
19:48:25 From Sue To All Panelists : Great to think about using the wheel to plan and organise projects around
19:48:28 From Ian : Beginnings I meant
19:48:30 From Rhona Graham : Ive started using the Sabbats when making plans….seems so much longer than doing it by the month, and have been more productive
19:49:36 From susan Sharples To All Panelists : I agree it resonates well - makes explicit things I've often felt.
19:49:42 From Tanja Bastia To All Panelists : relates to women's cycles too
19:50:01 From Michelle Skinner To All Panelists : my corp is quarterly
19:50:03 From Anne : think Im going to jettison my standard diary and embrace this....feels so right!
19:50:12 From Lizzy : I definitely need to do less in the winter months but the pressure of society is just to keep going through at the same pace. I have been working with my monthly energy cycle for the last couple of years and found it so helpful. But it would be good to be able to start living in tune with the year too. I wonder how that restful time can be built into businesses/ jobs.
19:50:14 From Gill Minto : love the wheel of the year approach, it's a much more relaxed approach
19:50:18 From Alison Redgrove : its also much calmer
19:50:25 From Stephen To All Panelists : I am trying to find the best way for me to travel at this time. I am currently reading on the elder futhark runes and I have already had a connection with some. I am able to see and as well as sense a lot that is difficult to explain unless you follow nature's magics and I am exploring this. I have been told by a couple of friends who both say I am wide open and it's a struggle to try to ground myself and switch off.
19:50:56 From Janet To All Panelists : Wild Power menstruality Alexandra Pope Shane Wurlitzer uses similar language. I’m appreciating these links
19:51:03 From Susan Gripton To All Panelists : Newbie alert, resigned from mainstream teaching last year, a year later life has become more Sheep pace!! :-)Always loved the seasons and marking them seems so natural. Lovely to join you and Blue x
19:51:12 From Annie Draj To All Panelists : is there a wheel of the year diary?
19:51:15 From Alison Redgrove : for me its about mid winter feasting
19:51:33 From A Kay : ann k when working with animals and land you have to be aware of the seasons, and live with it
19:51:47 From Lynsey To All Panelists : I’ve had a 30 year drug addiction and I’m currently healing from a 19 year abusive relationship so I’m clueless about all of this however I do believe that spirits have guided me to yourselves- I need some kind of structure in my life but our current “calendar” and “time” makes me feel so oppressed for some reason 🙏💕
19:52:14 From Alison Redgrove : ooh fab
19:52:59 From Annie Draj To All Panelists : thanks
19:53:10 From Iris Rogan : I personally work with the wheel of the year but commas the first harvest - I agree 6 weekly things work its harder to use the moon cycles as I work with the growth of new witch only really gives us two weeks until it starts to wan,
19:53:12 From Yvonne : I have just ordered mine for next year!
19:53:20 From Karen Grainger : Evening all.

19:58:16 From Ian : Acorns getting bigger....some falling
19:58:22 From Trigga To All Panelists : the young birds have fledged
19:58:26 From simon pollard : i’s quite amazing how swallow, martin and swift fledglings know how to get to the southern hemisphere without any guide
19:58:39 From Carol To All Panelists : I go to work at 3.30 am and it's definitely feeling more autumnal-I feel it in my nose!
19:58:39 From Carol : My sand martins are all departing.....
19:58:41 From Rich To All Panelists : Loads of butterflies

Introducing The Way of The Buzzard Mystery School
In these unsettling times as the world pauses it is our moment to drop into a different space, away from the turmoil of the chattering mind, and reach out to taste that balm for our soul.
The shamanic path was made for this moment.
If you are looking to resource yourself spirituality and learn more about shamanism then the Mystery School is the perfect place for you. Here you can learn how to draw the healing magic nature holds, through deep nature connection, animal spirit medicine, tree spirit medicine and by aligning yourself with the natural rhythms of the earth.
Here you can learn how to access the wisdom from your spirit guides at a moment’s notice through shamanic journeying and call in support through ceremony. Here you can learn techniques on how to protect yourself in these unfolding times and cushion yourself from the uncertainty that the coming weeks and months hold.
We have over 100 hours of content to delve into in The Mystery School, all delivered through easy-to-watch videos, as well as our monthly live shamanic journey circle, our regular live coaching calls and our private facebook group. All our lessons include activities which you can easily follow without even needing to leave your home or garden if you have one.
Here you have a place to come to where you can come and join in with a community of like-minded travellers to kick off your shoes and place your feet on the bare earth. A place where you can rest and recuperate, immersing yourself in the healing energies of nature.
A place where you can calm yourself by tuning in to listen the soft reassuring words from your spirit guides.
All if this is available to you for just £14 per month with no lock in period. It's the shamanic alternative to Netflix!
