Here's your replay of the Ignite the Spark 2026 At Home retreat

Watch the replays

On Sunday 1st February we came together to dream big and step into the life that's calling

It was an absolute pleasure to share this with those of you who were able to come along, and we are sorry to miss those of you who weren’t able to join us on the day.

This retreat was an opportunity to deepen into the nature connection and shamanic toolkit, working with tree spirit medicine journeying and the wheel of the year by:

  • Create space for spiritual guidance to come through, working with practices that have been used for thousands of years
  • Be held in a supportive space to ask the big questions: Who is my best self? How good can it get? What if there were no limits to what I could achieve?
  • Turn your attention toward the big dream for your life
  • Reconnect with the truth of who you are, not just who you’ve had to become to survive

We are delighted to be able to share with you the replays of all the sessions we held throughout the day, beginning with the welcome and scene settings right through to the closing ceremony.

We are committed to helping our Way of The Buzzard clan navigate a path through life by encouraging the use of the shamanic and nature connection toolkit that's so easily available to us”

The Recordings

Morning Session One

We begin by setting the scene for the day, opening up the circle, holding a Words of Magic creative practice activity and immersing in an Imbolc nature film.

We then move into the focus for the morning session, which is clearing and visioning. We join together in a Rune Chant and the rest of the morning is around visioning. We show the new Earthlight Film, created for this retreat, which sets the scene for the visioning activity.

Here's the transcript of the chat from the first session

11:03:36 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : It was absolutely gorgeous and made me realize, in a deep way, how art is so so so important. It speaks directly to your soul
11:03:42 From Julie Cobbin : Ooh, yes; I loved the calmness of the trees. It "was" beautiful, Jason; the colours and textures and a good contrast from the beach to the forest. πŸ™‚πŸ’™πŸŒΏπŸ’•
11:03:43 From Miranda : stunningly hopeful and beautiful...the magic of that Fae energy lifting the energy...how lovely to be in true sand dune energy...so hard to find sometimes.
11:03:44 From Norma Corp : loved it the beach and trees very magical yes chaos to calm πŸ’š
11:03:44 From Carolyn Hicks : The black mountains look like a sleeping giant. Beautiful
11:03:46 From Gaynor Rogers : Raw, powerful energy - destructive but beautiful too. The calm respite was palpable. Wonderful film, thank you
11:03:49 From Katie Burton : I loved it! It felt like the beginning was stark with the dead/ broken trees and then the movement to the calmer green and the denser forest - rebirth! Really loved it Jason
11:04:07 From Leah Whitehorse : I saw so many messages in the film
11:04:08 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : Oh no
11:04:09 From Rowan Western : So gorgeous, the wind, the light, the energy of the point where land meets water, how trees join the earth to the sky. Fab choice of music
11:04:13 From Rachel Tara : That held an incredibly powerful message for me πŸ™πŸŒΏ
11:04:25 From Jess : Gosh I saw so many faces, sprigans, sprites, Fae world folk. I feel I have returned home as I spent so much time with them as a child. I want to work with these spirits and folk. I’m excited. Thank you. I think they’ve been calling to me.
11:04:34 From Diane Valentine : i got lost in that forest it was like a maze ..walked for miles
11:04:39 From Angela : Beautiful and powerful, from resistance to persistence, different perspectives and the stunning birdsong at the end. In tears and very moved - thank you, Jason
11:04:42 From Anna R : The part towards beginning where the forest meets the sand of the beach reminded me of how the coastal part looks to me in the Lower World
11:04:50 From Deborah Benson : you perfectly captured both the power and resilience of Mother Nature - awesome as everπŸ’–
11:04:52 From Elspeth : Very nicely done
11:04:53 From Norma Corp : my 2 favourite places in one film beach and forest all about rebirth for me afyer being lost in the forest πŸ™πŸ’š
11:04:59 From Miranda : Truly pixie lead... so glad you found your way out. A little La Belle Dame Sans Merci... thank Goddess you returned.
11:05:00 From Natalie Thurgood : It’s goes without saying the photography and filming were wonderful, but equally your careful selection of music is fantastic. Amazing film, many thanks.
11:05:06 From TraceyK : I had a reiki session recently and had a vision of the foamy waves lapping across the sand. Looked exactly like this. I have really connected with this film
11:05:08 From Lindsay Trevarthen : That happened to us once in Kielder Forest.
11:05:08 From Belinda : The calm felt to me very much like the calm before another round of activity and something else about to come over the horizon rather than an enduring, forever sort of calm. How life is really, cycles of storms and respite.
11:05:12 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : I’m so curious, why did you pick that forest as the location for the film?
11:05:20 From Angela : Made a lot of notes, very reflective
11:05:29 From Norma Corp : yes your choice of music always so good to compliment the film
11:05:55 From AnnyTurner : Oh Jess yes I saw a few and had to draw one :o)
11:06:24 From Pauline ORMEROD : My two favourite places to be the sea shore and the forest Thankyou
11:06:26 From Glynis : Lost then found!
11:06:46 From Elizabeth : Pauline mine too
11:07:03 From Leah Whitehorse : It also felt like a journey from youth to old age
11:07:07 From Margaret Laycock : So appropriate that you were there as St Dwynwyn's day approached, the Welsh saint whose original story tells of a woman who faced great change in her life and came through it all as representing love of all things, a heart even appeared in the clouds - wow
11:07:26 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : Amazing! You were drawn there. The whole process feels very guided, by the land and your guides
11:07:32 From Belinda : On a practical note I also wonder if it was challenging for you technically with your cameras and kit exposed to all the sand blowing about on the beach, it looked like those conditions where if you put an object down for 2 minutes it has a tiny sand-dune on one side when you go back to it!
11:07:35 From caroline : Oh that's so interesting Margaret!
11:08:09 From Jess To All Panelists : Anny Turner I’d love to see your drawing.
11:08:10 From caroline : a metaphor for life Nicola!
11:08:16 From AnnyTurner : Yes even the drone coped really well!
11:08:39 From Jess : Anny Turner I’d love to see your drawing.
11:09:26 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : That’s very challenging for sure
11:09:30 From Karen Clarke : Such a rich experience.
11:09:39 From Julie Julie - the Aries phoenix : did I see a robin? flit to a stump, just before the burnt forest clip?
11:09:54 From Xenia M. : Wow, very determined! You and your camera gear are a good and brave Team, Jason.
11:10:04 From Rowan Western : That sense of not being in control when we think we are,yet able to notice and sense where we should be is what my β€˜ditty’ ended up about. I’ve put it on FB retreat page
11:10:04 From Julie Julie - the Aries phoenix : Ooooh! Thanks Jason!
11:10:08 From Belinda : Gosh, yes I can imagine!! All these extra aspects which go into it behind the scenes. Appreciate this so much. Willing abundance into the new tripod fund soon!
11:10:17 From Jacinta & Zane : I so enjoy listening to your experience of filming Jason, the difficulties and challenges. thank you
11:11:10 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : 11:11 !
11:11:17 From Leah Whitehorse : 11.11
11:11:18 From shirley To All Panelists : 11.11
11:11:22 From Leah Whitehorse : Oh haha
11:12:27 From Tina Burchill : Qs: How good can it get? What if there are no limits?
11:12:31 From Julie Julie - the Aries phoenix : Stone chat isn't in the library. Is Thrush the closest bird?
11:12:32 From Elysia Moore : Wow. How interesting… I asked my guides yesterday β€œshow me how good it can get!”
11:12:37 From Amanda Gilbertson : Is it ok to journey on these?
11:12:40 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : The film already took me wondering into those territories
11:13:04 From Zoom user To All Panelists : Can you put those smaller questions in thΓ© chat please. Thanks

12:11:05 From Claire Curnow : liberating
12:11:06 From Amanda Gilbertson : Did some drumming and chanting and had some brilliant stuff come through
12:11:06 From Leah Whitehorse : Hi :-)
12:11:06 From Liz McT : This was so helpful, and surprising. I am in the final preparations to becoming a Healing Tutor and this has been looming in my mind and I’ve been β€˜swithering’. This activity has shown how the outcome can be and while drawing this representation, I was smiling and felt emotional. I know now this is my path 😊 Thank you.
12:11:10 From Lynne Matthews : Challenging exercise!
12:11:12 From karen latus : Hi again everyonex
12:11:13 From Dawn Maria : Hi, Im back for rest of day.
12:11:16 From Linda Vickers : Hello Deeply rewarding
12:11:21 From TraceyK : I found it really therapeutic and helpful
12:11:28 From caroline : That was wonderful! Whatever our wildest dreams may be, they only scratch the surface of what is possible!
12:11:28 From Jane McArthur : Find I want to run and fly with the sun in my hands
12:11:30 From Jacinta & Zane : loved doing that exercise πŸ₯°
12:11:31 From Leah Whitehorse : I used to time to make a vision board as I was finding it difficult to just write it down
12:11:38 From Diane Valentine : Hello - loved that activity - has given me focus
12:11:42 From Rachael ✨ : Enjoying flowing with paints and water
12:11:53 From Gillian choo : job getting back in
12:11:53 From Frances Neville : clarifying
12:11:59 From Anna R : That was brilliant thank you, had no idea what to put at first but it quickly began to flow
12:12:09 From Lindsay Trevarthen : Challenging indeed when you are goal orientated…
12:12:21 From jacqueline fitzlynam : helpful exercise but challenging as difficult to think about life without limits
12:12:21 From Deborah Benson : had no idea where that would go but ended up doing some sort of drawing representing the path forward which surprised me as I really can't drawπŸ€£πŸ’–
12:12:25 From Pam Butterfield : from the chaos, I just started writing, 45 mins later I see the path ahead
12:12:25 From Aline To All Panelists : I noticed judgemental thoughts as I drew! But afterwards a sense of calm and content. I consider myself not arty!!!
12:12:28 From Ann : Insightful, I had a huge breakthrough and it is a work in progress.
12:12:30 From Carolyn Hicks : Had an urge to have a hot shower, washing away some negative self limiting thoughts that came through. Feel wonderful and the words flowed
12:12:30 From Elysia Moore To All Panelists : I finally managed to put my visions I received recently into reality and outside of my head! A group of human-like figures holding hands floating above earth with glowing, emanating hearts!!!
12:12:32 From shirley To All Panelists : I couldn’t stop flow writing
12:12:35 From shirley To All Panelists : Loved it
12:12:51 From emmat : I am working with abundance at the moment and had realised how much my internal world limited my external world. When we do not limit our beliefs, then anything is possible
12:12:56 From Tina Burchill : Hello everyone, If you want everyone to see your message, you need to click on everyone in the β€˜to’ box. If you don’t, only myself, Jason and Nicola will see it.
12:12:56 From Andrew : No limits? There would be cooperation instead of competition. People would live together in harmony, sharing and learning from each other's differences. Peaceful, aligned, balanced.
12:13:03 From Sue Hofman : it made me more aware of what I perceive to be my boundaries. wrote so much about the life I want, some of which is partly there!
12:13:05 From Angela To All Panelists : Went with the flow
12:13:11 From AnnyTurner : I'm just hoping to be free to be me by midsummer, and having retired now at 68 I really hope to start to realise some dreams which are really actually quite simple , but Meeeeee
12:13:20 From Amanda Gilbertson : I want to hold a big drumming, chanting circle. Letting everyone just let go and dance and chant out in nature somewhere
12:13:26 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : Hello! So good. I have a clear knowing that I want to travel and paint, paint all day, in my own terms and place. That’s the one answer I got - painting. It’s overarching, not specific.
12:13:38 From Lettie To All Panelists : Very useful, insightful and challenging. Drew a mandala and filled it with words. Will be working with this over the next few weeks πŸ₯°
12:13:40 From Norma Corp : I want to do animal healing
12:13:41 From Lynne : I am embarking on a journey and a breakthrough for me is that retirement needs to be the first step
12:13:42 From Liz McT : Me too AnnyTurn...!
12:14:05 From Sian To All Panelists : Thank you for reiterating the patience needed Nicola πŸ™
12:14:05 From Lesley Jill : Really opened my mind and I have a very vague idea of way forward
12:14:11 From Anne To All Panelists : Surprisingly energising and freeing, lots coming up, want to keep adding to it, as specific plans are still β€œchitting”thank you! πŸ’–
12:14:13 From AnnyTurner : Liz McT πŸ₯°
12:14:17 From Tina Burchill To Lettie and All Panelists : Hello Lettie, If you want everyone to see your message, you need to click on everyone in the β€˜to’ box. If you don’t, only myself, Jason and Nicola will see it.
12:14:19 From Gillian choo : a agree but people need to change
12:15:02 From caroline : where do you live Amanda? That sounds wonderful to me!

12:19:43 From Leah Whitehorse : Pictures are changing here - maybe slow internet or clear your cache on your browser
12:19:46 From Amanda Gilbertson : Fine here too
12:19:56 From Sue Hofman : that's good for you, still stuck here
12:20:26 From Norma Corp : has yiur internet frozen your screen go out come back in

12:26:03 From Rachael ✨ : Thank you, especially for sharing the images of the β€˜granny’ pines
12:26:25 From Amanda Gilbertson : @lindsay im already in it haha, just been hiding in the background ☺️but will definitely see who’s interested in a drumming/dancing/chanting meet up soon
12:27:19 From caroline : That was so informative Jason! Thank you.
12:28:38 From Amanda Gilbertson : Love that story Jason, such a great example of how really the best thing to do can be to take yourself away from a situation and seek support elsewhere πŸ’š
12:28:39 From Leah Whitehorse : A lot of the time we close our options down because we think we're 'not allowed'. Filled with conditioning
12:28:48 From Glynis To All Panelists : Hello,
Pine in also a Bach Remedy too.
Seeing beyond self-reproach - guilt, letting go of guilt. Taking joy in achievements - perseverance, humility and good judgement.

Jason’s film journey was interesting that he had to experience the chaos to find the calm. When discovering the Bach remedies Dr Bach had to experience the shadow side of the remedy to experience the gift side. Both exist at the same time but it’s a matter of tuning in to the positive side and letting go of the negative.
12:28:55 From Deborah Benson : how vey wise - the perfect decision for allπŸ’–
12:28:56 From Belinda : Lovely to learn how conifers have the ability to clear the lungs. So much of the land around me is former colliery or industrial land overplanted with conifer forestry - land where the air once would have been intensely smoggy and polluted, but now it's as if the conifers are adding to the healing of the area and the clearer air
12:29:11 From Rachael ✨ : Witnessing you in your power sof integrity as well as choice @jason
12:29:20 From Amanda Gilbertson : Love that Belinda! How wonderful
12:29:34 From Xenia M. : Wonderful, Belinda!
12:29:58 From Amanda Gilbertson : Can you repeat the intention please πŸ™πŸΌβ˜ΊοΈ
12:30:58 From Sophie Owen : My mum just gone into a care home after I cared for her for years. It was the right decision for me πŸ’œ
12:30:59 From caroline : How can I see my life from a different perspective
12:31:03 From Tina Burchill : Intention: How can I see my life from a different perspective?
12:31:11 From Amanda Gilbertson : Thank you all πŸ’š
12:57:34 From caroline : I usually burn a candle at these times. I have been burning a Blue Spruce and Frosted Pine candle through the day! I think it helped with my journey!
12:58:03 From Norma Corp : I have pine essential oil
12:58:08 From Kathryn : I have a pine candle too πŸ™‚
12:58:29 From Belinda : Same here Caroline, and I held a pine cone in my hand during the journey as well 😊🌲
12:58:37 From Tina Burchill : Come back at 3.30pm
12:59:18 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : I moved, so need to find a new place πŸ’œ

13:01:42 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : Yes
13:01:47 From Lynne Matthews : Thank you - I am getting so much from this day. I am shedding lots of tears - joyous and painful
13:01:52 From Norma Corp : I often sit still in nature but ususly observe what's going on around me
13:01:57 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : Do we find a pine tree to connect with for this?
13:02:33 From Norma Corp : its harder to go within outside you have to be disciplined im easily distracted by dogs birds squirrels
13:03:26 From Norma Corp : ah I misunderstood i do that anyway yay
13:03:41 From Leah Whitehorse : Everything that occurs can be interpreted like a dream
13:03:46 From Leah Whitehorse : It's a wisdom walk
13:04:01 From Leah Whitehorse : haha yes - sit
13:04:27 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : And about the pine tree? Is my question if there’s time
13:04:35 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : If we need to find one to connect with

We show a specially prepared Air meditation video, to seek insights to the question:  β€˜what can get in my way?’ We then prepare for the closing ceremony, which includes creating a sigil. In this session, we also explain the process to work with over the next few weeks, cumulating in a self-led ceremony on Friday 20th February.

15:31:24 From Julie Julie - the Aries phoenix : I had a dream where I was clearing out my old office block, and it was my job to update all the clocks. But I couldn't find any. I found a time capsule labelled Feb 2026 and it was all junk and nothing of mine.
15:31:28 From Alison Gaffney : Great to be here for this afternoon and excited to do the morning session on the replayπŸ™πŸ’–
15:31:30 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : It was difficult receiving clear guidance on the question, but still got lots of messages and overarching answers (:
15:31:40 From Rachael ✨ : I had to come in for a while and go back outside!
15:31:50 From Elysia Moore : Oh wow I had the most magical experience. I’m so blessed to have lots of pine in a local country park. I sat and journalled and ended up channeling ! I then thanked my spirit guides, the Universe and my ancestors. I then thanked the tree I sat against for holding space for me and thanked the pines for supporting me in my journey. Then…… I made friends with a crow it sat with me and we talked for a while. I asked it to come back to me another time to talk some more
15:31:50 From Rowan Western : The questions helped me outline a plan for trail walking and identifying why I have a sense of being trapped. Not in relationships but in own achievements.
15:31:53 From Jaqui : I sat in the garden and as usual started looking at things that needed improving. Reflected on this balance between enjoying and celebrating what already is alongside looking for ways to 'improve'.
15:31:56 From Sophie Owen : Really enjoyed the activity. Very relaxing and felt fulfilled afterwards. I just watched the birds and definitely learnt from it.
15:31:56 From Emma Hammond : I loved that but found it hard to sink into the moment without 'doing'. There was a blackbird singing its message, I was told to embrace the rain, and felt immense gratitude.
15:31:58 From Andrea McLean To All Panelists : Not how I'd planned, 3 people I knew decided to have a coversation right next to me. I still go t something from the experience though and loved sitting in nature
15:32:11 From AnnyTurner : Oh This has been wonderful
15:32:13 From Carol : Sat by a scots pine and heard woodpecker
15:32:20 From Anna R : The best self I can be is the one who gives permission to myself to go slow, to be kind to myself. I felt unfettered but at the same time connected to the more than human
15:32:25 From Brendabel : So lovely to sit in the garden, got to see 2 birds having a bath in our guttering....I diddnt know they did that so that was new to me
15:32:26 From Amanda Gilbertson : Hello again! I thought it would be harder than it was. I think I will try and do this more often, just spend 30minutes being present in nature. What came through was curiosity, remaining curious and not trying to fight my fear and shame, embrace it and remain curious about in myself and in others
15:32:26 From Liz McT : I chose to stay at home and watched out from the window onto the river. Main message - stillness and that my nervous system needs more regulation. Duck and cormorant made appearances. Feeling calm and peaceful.
15:32:27 From Susan Hadrick : beautiful sunshine here on the northeast coast
15:32:36 From Norma Corp : I enjoyed it under a tree with 3 squirrels robin amd a wren with 5 mins managed 45mins in rain wind
15:32:37 From Leah Whitehorse : I just posted in the group - drug addicts had commandeered my sit spot! But I got the immediate message that it's me that must move! And then the crows led me to another seat and a lovely squirrel platform (squirrel I had seen in the pine journey). Watching the birds wheeling and fighting over food, I realised this was nature's way of reminding me that everyone is just trying to survive in the only way they know.
15:32:37 From Gillian choo : mentally tired which seems awful when everyone else feeling rejuvernated
15:32:38 From Lindsay Trevarthen : I went out late and then didn’t want to come back! I heard a buzzard too…
15:32:38 From Tracey Roberts : I felt very churned up after the morning's activities. My sitspot in a yew grove was calming and the time flew by.
15:32:39 From Lynne Matthews : Watched the incoming high tide. Big skies, changing light. Wonderful!
15:32:40 From Alison : The tree were loud with singing. Robin and blue tit. very uplifting - energy awakening...
15:32:41 From GillM : I wasn't going to go out but so glad I did, I made myself sit for 30mins a red kite flue over.
15:32:49 From The Language of Being To All Panelists : That’s the first time I’ve just sat in my garden in almost a year of being here, and it was the best weather of the day; the rain stopped and the sun showed itself gently. It was beautiful and the best reason to enjoy this…
15:32:50 From Julie Julie - the Aries phoenix : I have seen a few buzzards but never saw a feather fall out of one. I'd love a feather.
15:32:50 From InΓͺs Merino ✢ Art & Magic : I had a little birdie visit me for a bit eheh
15:32:50 From caroline : I sat in the rain underneath the tree where Ravens nest. I heard 2 Jays, a Great Tit and a Wren. But what I learnt was that I need to listen to the smaller things...dead leaves dancing together in the wind and rain and how you can almost hear individual raindrops! And rain sounds differently when it lands on different things!
15:32:54 From Tracey : many crows circling
15:33:03 From Caroline Mackay : i missed the morning session. Does it matter if I do the afternoon before the morning?
15:33:08 From TraceyK : I had an encounter with a spider seemingly flying from side to side right in front of me. Must have been dangling from the beech tree behind me. I managed to stay even though I wanted to run away lol
15:33:08 From Deborah Benson : St Brigid performed a miracle....grey skies and rain are gone and blue skies and sunshine have arrived....I was also gifted a small branch of Scots pine that had fallen from the tree last night in the wind and birdsong all aroundπŸ’–
15:33:08 From Carl Lister To All Panelists : I saw the nature and that said to me take care of the world and connecdtion with nature. Behind that I heared the noice of the world. (road noice in the background) which spoke to me about also being partof the world. connection with others
15:33:09 From Xenia M. : I went to our old Cemetery that had been turned into a public park and encountered nuthatch under yew trees. 15:33:14 From Glynis To All Panelists : Song Thrush here in France too!
15:33:18 From Belinda : Found the most amazing sit spot on a ledge of a hill with the stream running beneath and staring straight into the middle third of the canopy of what I think is either a Scots Pine or Red Pine growing on the hillside! Didn't take any photos - have been so unplugged today I totally forgot to pick up my phone as I left the house!
15:33:26 From Ann : I went into the garden for the first time in 29 years, sitting at our benches. I kept it to 30 mins as I am still not fully recovered from the viscous virus. I sat among 6 cypress trees and the birds were really loud at least 6 species and a squirrel. Nothing to pick so recorded the chorus. The message seemed to be about finding my voice.
15:33:27 From Elizabeth : I did go out but couldn't get t my usal sot due to all the rain weve had so sat vy my window, lots of woodpigeons, blackbirds ans rabbits on he banking outside
15:33:49 From Kathryn : A crow came to sit on a nearby branch and sat looking at me for a couple of minutes
15:33:57 From Karen Clarke : Was out the whole time. Only back 10 mins ago. Lost track of time listening to the birds and being in nature. such an enlightening experience. So peaceful.
15:33:58 From Xenia M. : Nuthatch didn't flee, and even came nearer to another yew tree, this fits well with Standing your Ground and being bold.
15:33:58 From Linda Vickers : Hello again :-) had a wonderful connection with a cypress tree in my garden, so many birds, noticing the flowers that were emerging, some of our bees were out, midges out over the pond … cold but bright. Yes there were insights xxx

Went past my go-to tree and got the message be strong, sturdy and dependable - then robin appeared. Also found a Douglas Fir and picked up a cone which is now on my altar. Feel upbeat now x
15:35:49 From Anne : I stayed inside and looked outside and at a jug of daffodils and plants on my windowsill. I will repeat the exercise outside when the weather is more conducive . Having said that, although I found the question challenging to begin with, I got lots of insights with the help from a bird in a tree opposite and my plants and daffodils.
15:35:59 From Lesley Jill : I was watching the rooks so busy in their rookery, just getting on with their lives and I realised that I am too busy with other people rather than myself
15:36:02 From Zane : As I sit by the river under the branches of Alder im reminded that today im the best I can be. Im the best I can be today and tomorrow be the the best I can be. For im forever changing, learning, coping and Forever finding new ways to be the best I can be. Im doing no harm to others or to myself, I have a warmth in my soul. There is room to grow but right now today sitting here enjoying the sound of water passing me by and the longtailed tits in the branches above is enough. I feel this is the best I can be.

15:39:13 From Annie : I realised at lunchtime, the next door neighbour had cut down their beautiful rowan tree down whilst we were away. It was between our dining room window and their house. 15:43:36 From Amanda Gilbertson : I get really defensive when I think about taking time for myself. I’m often quite forceful when I take it because I have such guilt and fear and shame around pausing. Need to learn to be softer with myself and others
15:43:54 From Trina Price : Exactly what I wrote - Be more Present. Become more aware of the natural environment around me. Birds chattering, flower buds on the fruit trees. Glistening branches aftrr rain πŸ’«
15:44:04 From donna : That jives with the message I got doubt my best self. There is no β€˜best’ self. There is being aware in the present moment and responding with what is needed in that moment.

16:03:24 From Norma Corp : getting pulled into other people's stuff boundaries

Introducing The Way of The Buzzard Mystery School

In these unsettling times as the world pauses it is our moment to drop into a different space, away from the turmoil of the chattering mind, and reach out to taste that balm for our soul.

The shamanic path was made for this moment.

If you are looking to resource yourself spirituality and learn more about shamanism then the Mystery School is the perfect place for you. Here you can learn how to draw the healing magic nature holds, through deep nature connection, animal spirit medicine, tree spirit medicine and by aligning yourself with the natural rhythms of the earth.

Here you can learn how to access the wisdom from your spirit guides at a moment’s notice through shamanic journeying and call in support through ceremony. Here you can learn techniques on how to protect yourself in these unfolding times and cushion yourself from the uncertainty that the coming weeks and months hold.

We have over 100 hours of content to delve into in The Mystery School, all delivered through easy-to-watch videos, as well as our monthly live shamanic journey circle, our regular live coaching calls and our private facebook group. All our lessons include activities which you can easily follow without even needing to leave your home or garden if you have one.

Here you have a place to come to where you can come and join in with a community of like-minded travellers to kick off your shoes and place your feet on the bare earth. A place where you can rest and recuperate, immersing yourself in the healing energies of nature.

A place where you can calm yourself by tuning in to listen the soft reassuring words from your spirit guides.

All if this is available to you for just Β£19 per month with no lock in period. It's the shamanic alternative to Netflix!

Come and give us a try… our community is waiting on the other side to welcome you so we can journey through these times together.

But don’t take our word for it. Here are a few words from folk in The Mystery School who were at our special Spring Equinox Circle:
