Since then I have seen a pattern in my adopted mum, and I can see that she got it from her mum, and these are narcissistic tendencies. Instead of her behaviour effecting me, I have been able to observe it and choose to not let it affect me. For both my birth and adopted families the wound is caused by lack of maternal binding in the womb and early infancy

At the retreat I was told I needed to heal both my birth and adoptive families. Since then I have seen a pattern in my adopted mum, and I can see that she got it from her mum, and these are narcissistic tendencies. Instead of her behaviour effecting me, I have been able to observe it and choose to not let it affect me. For both my birth and adopted families the wound is caused by lack of maternal binding in the womb and early infancy
