The rise in interest in shamanism has reached mainstream media. The recent census revealed an upsurge in people practising shamanism, with a twelve-fold increase in the past decade.

Reading this in The Guardian and The Economist gave us the idea to hold another of our Pop-up Talks in response to this news.

During our evening we discussed:

  • What exactly is shamanism?
  • Why are people drawn to shamanism as a practice?
  • Why does this matter?
  • How can the ancient practice of shamanism help us?

Towards the end of the evening, we shared information about some of our upcoming events that you might like to join in with if you aren’t already a member of our Mystery School or coming along to any of our retreats.
