Addressing the Modern-Day Disconnect.

In a world filled with constant busyness and digital distractions, it's easy to feel disconnected from what truly matters.

During this Pop-up Talk we’ll begin by exploring the prevalent feeling of separation people often feel and dig into the roots of this disconnection from nature, the Earth and spirituality.

We will then explore the practice of working with the Wheel of the Year as an antidote to the complexities of modern day life by:

  • Explaining the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and the energies of each festival.
  • Giving an overview of how the Wheel of the Year can help you on your journey through the year.
  • Sharing examples, of how you can align yourself with the natural rhythms of nature, beginning with the next festival, Imbolc.
