Here's your recording of the Deep Nature Connection Pop-Up Talk

Watch the Pop-Up Talk replay

During the evening over 200 of us gathered in circle to explore the 6 Keys of Deep Nature Connection. The main part of the event was the special playing of 3 deeply meditative nature videos which you can enjoy again in the recording above or, individually at the bottom of the page.

The beautiful music was composed, produced and performed by Nigel Shaw and Carolyn Hillyer of Seventh Wave Music who kindly gave me permission to use the pieces.

There's a transcript of the chat discussion lower down this page that you can read through to get a full flavour of the evening's discussions.

19:20:58 From Lyn : person
19:21:11 From Meri To All Panelists : who else here ascribes sexes to the animals , trees etc they interact with without actually knowing what they are?
19:21:15 From Simon : makes sense. good distinction

19:21:50 From Kay : Sorry mistyped!

19:22:08 From A Kay : a Kay Just found a huge wasp upstairs and very sleepy.
19:22:28 From Anya : Fae it's beautiful x
19:22:28 From Ann Ferry : But laptop and fridge and floor tiles are made of the same elements as Stone People so they're not 'it' either.
19:22:38 From Kelly BRITTLETON To All Panelists : ive read over the years lots on native american stories / books....amazing people. yellow tobaco woman was last one....they really got / get nature and the connection ....to all beings, energy, universe
19:22:44 From Lyn : my ash tree is heshe
19:22:45 From Brydie : I don't do that, to me everything is either a he or a she depending on how it comes accross to me at the time
19:23:04 From Daphne Cavanah To All Panelists : It doesn't need a gender, it doesn't even need a name. You can just relate to these beings as a friend.
19:23:12 From Wendy David To All Panelists : animistic.
19:23:33 From Lillian : My blossom tree is a she to me it beautiful and white
19:23:40 From Sharon Atwal : I’ve been getting a yellow back bird with a red top head everyday in the garden- it just sits there for ages, anyone know what bird this could be? x

19:25:04 From Koen Bonaventura De Meester : <3
19:25:06 From georgie : does it depend on the interaction - I get a sense from my bike. And my old teddy bears. As we spend more important time with them, does that bring out their essence?
19:25:12 From Indy To All Panelists : Manmade items know soul or conscious connection
19:25:25 From Lyn : no bad weather, just not the right clothes
19:25:32 From Karen : We can assign a personality to toys etc., but that's different I think from things having a spirit
19:26:01 From Ian : Getting lost can be fun tooo!!! :)

19:26:04 From Annie Draj : maybe if we took an animistic view of man made things then we wouldn't be so quick to throw them away
9:26:24 From Lyn : yes Ian
19:27:06 From Daphne Cavanah To All Panelists : Brydie we always need balance. Both the male and the female in this dimension. Some beings are neither, they are pure energy.
19:27:34 From Indy To All Panelists : Yeah we wouldn't be so disposable of items... Living thins are different ie stones like crystals are living on a different vibration
19:27:44 From Annie Draj : NO DOG??

19:28:02 From Brydie : oh no i totally agree, everyone needs ME time.....
19:28:14 From Kay : In the Urban dictionary there is a new word - werf - that is still in flux. It can replace the he or she and can be used where the third person singular pronoun would be... where is werf?

19:29:02 From georgie : immersing myself every day over 3 months in nature really connected me

19:29:43 From martin keating To All Panelists : As a 'control' I light a tea light on arrival and do not leave my sit spot until the Tea light has burnt out, very hard to achieve Whilst also the flame provides its own story and light

19:31:21 From Meri To All Panelists : I would find ‘drab’ difficult as I do love colour
19:31:34 From Daphne Cavanah To All Panelists : Try to constantly focus on the good vibes in nature. The chances of you being attacked by anything apart from a bramble or a blackthorn is remote. Tune your fork and stick to that vibration. Just enjoy and say hello to all you come across
19:31:38 From Helen To All Panelists : Completely resisting with this 🙏💕
19:31:39 From Brydie : oh dear Koen, where in the world do you live?

I awake to the call of these birds, fall asleep often to the evening song, become awoken my the owl calling, the moon shining through the trees and into my bedroom window. Introducing The Way of The Buzzard Mystery School

In these unsettling times as the world pauses it is our moment to drop into a different space, away from the turmoil of the chattering mind, and reach out to taste that balm for our soul.

The shamanic path was made for this moment.

If you are looking to resource yourself spirituality and learn more about shamanism then the Mystery School is the perfect place for you. Here you can learn how to draw the healing magic nature holds, through deep nature connection, animal spirit medicine, tree spirit medicine and by aligning yourself with the natural rhythms of the earth.

Here you can learn how to access the wisdom from your spirit guides at a moment’s notice through shamanic journeying and call in support through ceremony. Here you can learn techniques on how to protect yourself in these unfolding times and cushion yourself from the uncertainty that the coming weeks and months hold.

We have over 100 hours of content to delve into in The Mystery School, all delivered through easy-to-watch videos, as well as our monthly live shamanic journey circle, our regular live coaching calls and our private facebook group. All our lessons include activities which you can easily follow without even needing to leave your home or garden if you have one.

Here you have a place to come to where you can come and join in with a community of like-minded travellers to kick off your shoes and place your feet on the bare earth. A place where you can rest and recuperate, immersing yourself in the healing energies of nature.

A place where you can calm yourself by tuning in to listen the soft reassuring words from your spirit guides.

All if this is available to you for just £14 per month with no lock in period. It's the shamanic alternative to Netflix!

Come and give us a try… our community is waiting on the other side to welcome you so we can journey through these times together.

But don’t take our word for it. Here are a few words from folk in The Mystery School who were at our special Spring Equinox Circle:
