Here's your recording of the Wheel of the Year Beltane Special Pop-Up Talk
Watch the replay
During the evening we gathered in circle to explore how we can better align our lives with the cycles of nature by following the ancient wheel of the year. We also discussed Beltane and outlined a few days to mark this important festival in a few days time.
There's a transcript of the chat discussion lower down this page that you can read through to get a full flavour of the realisations, revelations and messages that will help to resource us as we journey together through the mists of uncertainty.

19:36:17 From Alison Redgrove : this is my awakening and im adtounded you have come into my.life at the right time
19:36:22 From Sonya : yes its makes sense to use the cycle of the wheel of the year in all aspects of our lifes
19:36:32 From Patsy Watten : me too - far too busy
19:36:32 From Jo Davidson : Makes total sense, been working with wheel of year pretty closely for last 2 years or more
19:36:34 From Sara Shuker : Definitely, thank you for making it so clear...
19:36:38 From Sally-Ann Morrison To All Panelists : so lovely to be reminded of glennie kindred's work and reminded of the wheel and its application
19:36:39 From Maureen : makes sense to split the year like that
19:36:43 From Karen : this is really interesting and makes sense.
19:36:54 From Bridgid Tonks To All Panelists : yes you are cos its just occurred to me that imbolc has been my starting point for something i'm doing so thank you x
19:36:54 From Lisa Taylor To All Panelists : and also, why do the dates vary…how do you know which day is the day?
19:36:57 From Helen : like the idea of setting goals for each 6 weeks of the wheel - would help with procrastination
19:36:58 From Pam Butcher To All Panelists : never thought about using the sabbats as a starter or market - brilliant idea.
19:37:15 From Pete : that's two of us then , lol im busy being busy most of the time . way off balance at the mo
19:37:17 From Sue To All Panelists : I naturally work with the seasons but don’t work with a wheel; I struggle to slow down
19:37:29 From Pam Butcher To All Panelists : not market marker typo sorry
19:37:38 From Rhona Graham : Yes interesting to hear your examples..I started paying more attention to the Wheel around the winter solstice 2018…part of the reason I joined you for the summer solstice retreat
19:37:58 From Sally-Ann Morrison To All Panelists : i love your approach
19:37:58 From Carol Dent : I have worked a lot with the wheel of the year, including helping create a garden based on it.... In terms of deep work, for some reason the two festivals I've actually done a lot with are imbolc and Beltane.. spending time away in ceremony etc.
19:38:03 From Alison Redgrove : from too busy to stop and this had come to me st precisely the right time
19:38:18 From Lisa Taylor To All Panelists : yes my garden has a wheel with directions and i am building that up also…
19:38:45 From Nell : I hadn't thought of timing things around the wheel of the year just frustrated when I missed sabbats
19:38:52 From Pepa To All Panelists : Flowing with Nature
19:39:19 From Di : makes a lot of sense. I have a project manifesting in my head at the moment so the wheel of the year sounds ideal to work with.
19:40:09 From Emma Sims : very interesting thanks, do a lot of this without having all the names for it, I've noticed around imbolc my energy start shifting so I don't tend to plan before that and Samhain notice the veil thinning as that's coming
19:40:14 From Kathy mcvittie poet To All Panelists : this fits in with life-journalling which I've done regularly for 25 years
19:40:24 From Di : lost you for a while then could you please repeat
19:40:25 From Rhona Graham : some people go with the full moon
19:40:34 From Jo Davidson : I have an active shrine/altar and it really helps to centre and ground the points of the cycle, just by sticking something from outside on it at each point of the cycle
19:40:34 From Carol Dent : the timing relates to the solstices and equinoxes and are governed by the alignments of the moon and sun....
19:40:41 From Jo To All Panelists : I have earthways diary - very beautiful but currently very empty!
19:40:55 From Carol Dent : (and earth!)
19:41:38 From Bridgid Tonks To All Panelists : say that book again please

Introducing The Way of The Buzzard Mystery School
In these unsettling times as the world pauses it is our moment to drop into a different space, away from the turmoil of the chattering mind, and reach out to taste that balm for our soul.
The shamanic path was made for this moment.
If you are looking to resource yourself spirituality and learn more about shamanism then the Mystery School is the perfect place for you. Here you can learn how to draw the healing magic nature holds, through deep nature connection, animal spirit medicine, tree spirit medicine and by aligning yourself with the natural rhythms of the earth.
Here you can learn how to access the wisdom from your spirit guides at a moment’s notice through shamanic journeying and call in support through ceremony. Here you can learn techniques on how to protect yourself in these unfolding times and cushion yourself from the uncertainty that the coming weeks and months hold.
We have over 100 hours of content to delve into in The Mystery School, all delivered through easy-to-watch videos, as well as our monthly live shamanic journey circle, our regular live coaching calls and our private facebook group. All our lessons include activities which you can easily follow without even needing to leave your home or garden if you have one.
Here you have a place to come to where you can come and join in with a community of like-minded travellers to kick off your shoes and place your feet on the bare earth. A place where you can rest and recuperate, immersing yourself in the healing energies of nature.
A place where you can calm yourself by tuning in to listen the soft reassuring words from your spirit guides.
All if this is available to you for just £14 per month with no lock in period. It's the shamanic alternative to Netflix!
Come and give us a try… our community is waiting on the other side to welcome you so we can journey through these times together.
But don’t take our word for it. Here are a few words from folk in The Mystery School who were at our special Spring Equinox Circle:
