Three Short Videos to Support You as This Moment Unfolds
My blog last week, We Live In Prophetic Times, was my most popular ever, and also my most daring.
Something quite incredible is happening right now, so I’ve created three short videos to share my take on what’s unfolding.
Many people, myself included, are feeling a real shake-up: challenges rising, followed by sudden clarity and release. This is likely to continue, even intensify, so having the bigger picture really helps.
Here are three easy-to-digest videos, filmed both at home and as I climbed my favourite mountain, Ingleborough, in the Yorkshire Dales. Enjoy! I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
And if you’re tempted to save this for later, make sure you come back to it in the next few days. Swap twenty minutes of Netflix or social media scrolling time for this. Or listen whilst you are cooking dinner. You’ll be gemmed up by the end and, I reckon, glad you made the space.
Part 1: Meet Interstellar Object 3I/ATLAS
In this first video, I give a brief overview of 3I/ATLAS: what it is, where it’s come from, and why it’s capturing so much attention. This interstellar visitor is unlike anything we’ve encountered before and will give you a good introduction to what we know so far.
Part 2: What it's awakening within us
A message on the mountain, here I explore what these incoming energies 3I/ATLAS is bringing might mean for us as I muse on the top of my favourite mountain, Ingleborough, in the Yorkshire Dales.
Part 3: Walking the path of transition
In this final video, I talk through practical ways to navigate this transition. These are ideas that unfolded for me as I made my way up Ingleborough. You’ll see the beauty of this mountain as I climbed and hear my thoughts as they arrived in the moment.

From video 2, the music stand is empty… the score is yet unwritten… I would be asking who the composer is? Or maybe the music doesn’t need a score? Is it ad lib? Do we create the music as we go along?

I enjoyed the walk Nicola and I thank you for this experiance and the videos. I am still working around the issues in the mystery school and probably in the wrong order, but it seems right and positive as I currently have no one to discuss matters with for many of the reasons you outlined. Thanks for the videos Nicola, I knew of 3I atlas probably from when it was first seen. I have had the feeling of waiting for something to tell me what to do for quite some time. I think it no coincidence i was transported into the mystery school. The fearmongers its a space ship come to find us is so nonsense. We did not exist when this started out. Thanks for the insight into 3I/Atlas, I’d viewed Pam Gregory that same day for that reason. I’m Inspired by your brave videos, sharing were you are at. I am hugely optimistic that there is a change afoot, then I ask ‘ but why us, why now’? and turn towards those living in desperate conditions, hoping they’ll get touched by positive energies first, because I feel relatively blessed and fortunate. Wonderful messages to source information from other sources than mainstream – which I haven’t watched/listened since April 2020. I don’t feel that I miss out and feel much more at peace. Anything huge filters through anyhow & then I check more impartial sources like Chris Hedges a scholar of world politics on Substack. it was really comforting to hear your reminder to align with those on a similar path as I can often come away with Self Criticism after biting my tongue when I’m in not so like-minded groups. After your videos, I was inspired to invite some like-minded friends to gather, instead of a Book Club, maybe a Podcast club ( an idea I’d heard on a Joanna Macy Podcast) Thanks Nicola

Fabulous! I have enjoyed reading your insights and watching the amazing video of your walk. I first learned of 3I Atlas from your previous post and now I’m ready to dive deeper. Strangely, this year I have not managed to do any Shamanic Journeys – according to my notes, not since 21st January. I was shocked to discover that. However, it has been a year full of “busyness” and personal growth. Your image of the music stand really struck me as this year I made a decision to set up a group for other people like me who wanted to play folk music with others – it is still going strong after 10 months. I felt compelled to “step up” after resisting for ages. Also, I had my Birth Chart sorted out. It seems that next February will be significant for me – that’s even more exciting with the 3I Atlas info. One final thought – I remember sharing a feeling I had with someone else at a meeting in early January 2020. I said I felt there was going to be a major “shift” coming in the World Order, and she said she felt it too. We know what happenened then, the Covid Pandemic. Alas, all the positive things that happened during that difficult time (people being kinder to each other, the homeless being helped etc) did not carry on. Thanks so much for your intro, your musings on what it might mean for us and then your topping it all off with your wonderful walk up Ingleborough to reach up into the mountain air and receive your inspirations on practical ways we can work with these shifts.
As you know, I recently landed back from your Calling the Ancestors retreat and I feel like all my Ancestral patterns having been showing up in very challenging ways in my family. It’s like a great bow wave has been rocking me and I’ve been feeling more overwhelmed than I can remember, just right now.
Your advice was very steadying : healthy boundaries, having a steadying practice, community, connection and play.
I’m so looking forward to journeying I circle as a tribe and listening to everyone’s journeys. It’s going to be amazing! All our little seeds becoming flowers in the desert 🏜

You know, I really haven’t heard much about ‘plasma’ – just ones Stefan Burns mentioning how significant this is and how no-one official is talking about it. So THANK YOU.
Reading your note, that strikes true to what people are feeling at the moment – challenges and overwhelm. You have done such huge ancestral healing work, it is no wonder really as everyone and everything is acclimatising. Wishing you a gentle-a-time as possible with this deep work.
I think I have watched this at the right time for me. I follow Pam Gregory and some others and the energies coming in seem massive. Having a lot of family health issues at the moment and I have stepped away from ‘me’ time and feel discombobulated! Exhausted and flat. You always seem to come to the fore just when I need reminding that I’m not super woman, not failing others if I take time out. Now off to Bodmin Moor and stone circles that I have put off as too busy, too tired, too everything. 3 I/Atlas feels like a huge energetic doorway into the future for all. Amazing…..thank you for putting this out. It clarifies so much of what I’m experiencing right now. And on one of my favourite mountains ( I love the route from Ingleton past the lake, the cave and ravine).
Thanks John, This is so great to hear. And yes, that walk up Ingleborough is one of my favourites. I discovered the route from Ribblehead this summer, and I love that too as you get a great view of Ingleborough across the heather and Simon Fell, and it is so quiet. Such a lovely mountain 🙂

Fascinating & exciting times ahead – I’m with you! I hadn’t heard about it until you mentioned it & now I’m obviously thinking on it quite a lot. The other night I had 2 dreams which stuck with me – usually I can’t remember much. The 1st was an image of a huge white snake sitting upright on its tail with its head twisted into a knot. The 2nd I was asked to dance on stage at a rehearsal even though I had nothing prepared & was nervous about looking an idiot. A man offered to dance with me, relief, then started spinning me round & I knew I either had to go for it & hope it worked or pull back. I went with it, trusting him as my feet left the ground & it was amazing! I have much to ponder on. I couldn’t make Bear Necessities today but will catch up Monday, enjoy the day x
What incredibly interesting dreams Gaynor. Dance came up a lot in our journey circle on Wednesday. It is a great analogy – to dance through this – and also something quite literally we can do to help us! I have ‘find a 5 Rhythms’ on my to do list this week 🙂 I love we can be excited together 🙂

Thank you so much for your videos. I’m grateful for your insights and suggestions on how to navigate this time. I’m excited and yet, at the same time, anxious and seem to flip between the two. The thing I’m struggling with the most is the information surrounding 3i/Atlas; I listen to Stefan & Pam and appreciate their teachings, but I just wish they would dial it down a notch; I find some of what they say too difficult to understand, not many of us are astrologers or astrophysicists and this is clouding my understanding, almost in the same way as NASA’s photos are clouding the view xx
Hi Cathy, I know what you mean. Some goes over my head, especially when I started listening earlier in the autumn. And when Stefan Burns goes into the geophysics side of things, and I have a geography degree so it should be easier for me!
I have found though, over the weeks, my base knowledge is building a lot. I find the people Pam Gregory interviews really helpful as they explain things in simpler terms. I enjoy these the most.
What I am interested in most though, is what we need to do. So Jason and I can create the right material for our Mystery School to support our community. I find I really have to listen to a lot of hours of content before I can get a real sense of this. This is where I find shamanic journeying so helpful – as we can get direct advice from our spirit guides. And really, what matters with all of this, is what we need to do/ how we need to be.

I had an image today when out on my walk about 3iAtlas. Stefan Burns shows great 3D imagery of our solar system and how 3iAtlas is moving through it and that was the image which came to me but with sound/music added. The planets were all moving into a specific alignment (re Pam Gregory) and creating this beautiful symphonic harmony. 3iAtlas appeared gliding though the central plane with sound of a single note high pitched triangle which just completed the harmony. Beautiful music was created. Your description of the music stand reminded me of this.

I love the sense of energy coming to us from way beyond our solar system, and meeting our sun and its planets, including ours.
I am always comforted by the stars, and the vastness of space. For me there is safety in feeling so tiny in contrast to the vastness of both space and time, and the mystery of it. It’s cleansing and healing to feel so small, and to know so little.
I’m looking forward to sharing more of this time within the Mystery School community.

You won’t miss a thing this time Nicola. I saw some recent photos of 3IAtlas and it’s split in 3, interesting.
The old or ancient earth grids are activating, you can feel it, whales are singing new/different songs, our energies are changing.
Think we are all in for an exciting journey, and feel blessed to have a spiritual connection as we might well be the beacons of light to help guide those that have no idea about the changes about to happen.
I totally understand that tower, I too feel it’s close to toppling.
The true history of our Earth and ancestors will be revealed, what a time to be alive 😁

Thank you Nicola for the gift of these videos. I learnt about 3I-Atlas after reading your earlier blog and at first was a little skeptical but now I know a bit more I agree that this may be a pivotal point in our lives and as you say it would be stupid to let it pass by without embracing whatever its effect on us may be. I recently cancelled my membership of the Mystery School but I’m going to reinstate it because I think I need it more than ever now.

Apologies for the length in advance but I hope this might be helpful/interesting for you and anyone else reading. Thanks so much for your thoughts about this. It’s fascinating hearing how the information has come through to you. I can relate to much of what you said re the system crash and the new world coming.
I first felt 3iAtlas in the middle of a reading I was recording on June 26th this year. Here is a snippet of the transcript…
“That instantly makes me think about Uranus going into Gemini, this sense that the universe is speaking to us. I talked about a wake-up call earlier, but it’s also the universe in conversation with us. Something is reaching out to us…I got a little tingle then, of intuition. I don’t know what that’s about. Something is reaching out to us to communicate. So, whether that is talking about aliens on other planets, or whether it’s just that there is some very high frequency information that is coming through to us, I’m being told we need to work on the crown chakra…”
3iAtlas was discovered just a few days later on July 1st.
3iAtlas was accompanied by the birth of two stars (an echo of the two paths and Uranus in Gemini – the sign of the twins).
The new stars were Nova Lupi – in the constellation of Lupus (the wolf).
The second star was in Vela, in the sail of a ship.
Somehow it feels like these are also connected, these stories – which wolf do we feed, the need to steer the ship (instead of sinking!).

And lastly, 3iAtlas is currently around 2 degrees of Libra, for anyone who would like to look it up in their own chart. 0 Libra is the Autumn equinox point too so everything is lining up. It’s amazing how everything is connected.

Thank you for these videos. The synchronicity of 3I ATLAS’s proximity to the Earth on 19th December is astonishing. I really appreciate your thoughts on how to navigate this season. On a personal level I have been undertaking some of these suggestions for a while now as the outer world has felt so ‘spiky’ and relentlessly soul-sapping. My birthday is three days before 3I ATLAS’s close approach so I also need to study my astrological charts to see what additional impact this may have for me this month and in the future. The best way I can describe how I feel about this is nervous, and excited too, because we need things to shift away from the tired and creaking old linear hierarchies that serve only a privileged few.
Yes, the 19th is such an interesting alignment isn’t it. Wow that your birthday is around this time too. Spiky and soul-sapoing is a great way to describe the world as it crumbles.
I am so thrilled that the Way of the Buzzard is aware of 3 I/ ATLAS. I first heard of it from Janice Dolley of CANA who mentioned Pam Gregory, then Stewart Pearce of Angels of Atlantis channeled the Angels speaking of it ( I recommend his Radiant Revelations) , and Ismael Perez ( he is rather far out but interesting), and now you and you are spot on . A big shift is coming on 19th December. Thank you 🙏
