Is there something holding you back?

So many of us carry patterns and behaviours that can feel impossible to change, like self-doubt or fear of failure. What if those patterns aren’t just your own, but inherited from your ancestors?

The good news is that through the process of ancestral healing, it is possible to identify these patterns and transform them.

I Have Two Quick Questions for You…

  1. Do you sometimes feel that certain beliefs or fears - like “never feeling good enough” or “needing to be perfect” - were passed down through generations?
  2. Are you curious to explore how understanding your family’s past could help you break free from these limitations?

If your answer is YES to either of these, then you’re in the right place.

I’m about to launch a brand new live training series called Hidden Roots: Revealing Ancestral Patterns for Personal Freedom, where we’ll uncover the stories and patterns hidden in your family history and how to break free from them.

I’ll announce the full details of the training series shortly and how it can help you transform inherited patterns and unlock personal freedom.

In the meantime:

If you feel called, drop a comment below sharing the patterns you’ve noticed in your life that you sense could be inherited from your ancestors. I would love to hear from you. Thank you 🙂

  • Bonjour,
je suis interessé mais malheureusement je risque de rapidement perdre pied dans une formation en langue anglaise , je suis plus familier de la langue de Molière que celle de Kipling
    bonne soirée
    Dominique

  • Things that come up for me are;
Not putting your head above the parapet, Anxiety about what might happen if you do so and so etc. Having Responsibility and fear of what if I get it wrong.

  • Hi Nicola – I am currently reading your book ‘The Path to Forgotten Freedom’ and finding so many interesting resonances in my life. I have identified patterns that I am working on. I would be very interested in learning more about this.

  • Very interested- I’m currently reading your book and like you Uve been doing family research for years now. I’m interested in how to interpret my findings with the feelings of not good enough that I’ve held forever.

    • Hi Lins, thank you for your note here and that is so nice to hear how you are reading my book and like my approach. I am excited to share how you can interpret your findings to help heal this pattern.

  • Hello Nicola, I have been and still am researching my family history and I see recurring life patterns, beliefs and behaviours that have impacted on generations.
I'm very interested to discover more and just how this has affected me, in order possibly to make changes for me and future family.descendants .

  • I, too, feel as though I’m battling generations of unresolved karma. The same patterns seem to be repeated in every generation with the female descendants. It takes a very long time to free self from these unsettling conflicts which basically destroy self esteem.
I’m looking forward to the live training series.

  • I feel anxiety is something that's been passed down from my ancestors and it's something that came up in an Acashic record reading once too , especially relating to being alone

  • Yes to both questions! Not feeling good enough is a big one for me even when I’ve achieved some really good I just move on without celebrating etc. so I’m looking forward to joining your training series 😊

  • I really resonated with the piece you wrote about sleeping in the footsteps of your ancestors. I lost my father last summer and mum this spring. Growing up, my dad always regaled me with tales of our Cornish ancestors.
Since he died, I feel the need to find out more about these ancestors. I think it is my way of keeping my dad close to me. I recently had my DNA analysed and have been gathering information to create my family tree.
Like yourself, one of my ancestors has really captured my attention. Mainly because he died so young, leaving only one child.
I am planning to visit Cornwall next year…well what I plan is more of a pilgrimage I think. I want to connect with him and other ancestors by being where he lived and died. So, thank you for sharing so generously with us.

    • This is so interesting to read your story here Mandy, thank you for sharing. I am excited for you and your ancestral pilgrimage. It sounds like a wonderful thing to do.

  • Inherited patterns and programming handed down:
You have to work hard to be of value
None of us is worthy to come near to God except by divine grace
If you have lots of money it’s likely to be ‘ill gotten’
    You’re not very bright
Being in perpetual service is what this life is about
Spending money is a worrisome business (you never know where the next pound is coming from) so look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves
The above just for starters 😂

  • I feel that I want to move spiritually closer to nature and "true" belief systems, but don't know how to take the plunge without looking silly. I guess this might be a restriction caused by "uptight" ancestors, but have no way of knowing. I have dabbled at the edge of character health and seemed to be getting somewhere, but then I stepped back, but again I don't know why.
