Gentle Stirrings

Marking the eight Celtic festivals in our journey through the year gives us so much joy and meaning to our lives and is one of the cornerstones of our spiritual practice.

It feels good to claim back these ancient festivals and work with the transformational energies of nature to bring about the changes we most seek in our lives.

At the start of February we gathered together to celebrate the great fire festival of Imbolc and the emergence of spring at the beautiful Monastery in Manchester, and it was so good to share this with so many like-minded travellers in The Way of the Buzzard community.

As nature stirs herself into life once again, Imbolc is a time to think about what seeds we want to plant for the coming year and to allow space for the excitement to unfold. In this ceremony we worked with sigil magic to breathe life into our projects and goals as the sun continues his march across the sky.

We have created a short video here to share our afternoon with you.

We are back at The Monastery on Sunday 5th April to work with the heightened energies of springtime in the weeks between the Spring Equinox and Beltane. To register your interest with this gathering, or any of our other free events please visit this link.

It will lovely to share this with you if you are drawn to coming along. If you can't make it, but are interested in keeping in touch about our free events, we have a general sign up box at the bottom of the page.
