IMG_4144This full moon was reboot time, a time to reflect back on our achievements, to see where we have grown, and honour this. As well as see where there is room for more growth.

It was a still night, the blanket of low level  cloud keeping us unusually warm on this beautiful spring evening.

We drummed and smudged our friends as they arrived, new and old , and entered the stone circle. We gathered around the mandala and drummed to gather, settling into the energies of this incredible site.

Pausing for a moment in silent meditation to think of all those communities of people, like us, who have gathered here for thousands of years.

At Arbor Low the water which runs beneath us draws in the earth energies running over land, and the solar energies coming in from the sky. This heightened energy is the exact wave length of our brains, allowing us to hear our inner truth, our higher selves, words from our guides and teachers more clearly. It is a perfect place to work tonight.

We silently acknowledge the abundance in our lives, our friends, family, our homes, our connection with nature. Everything which had conspired to help us be here on this beautiful evening.

We reflected on what we had achieved in the last nine months, how far we had come, and honoured this.

We considered how else we might grow, and as we meandered around the stones we opened up to receive a new dream of what our lives can be, and what is possible.

As we sung out to the elements of life, and the beings of the upper and lower world and to each other, our drums and melody drifted across the valley. We held hands, as one, for we are all connected in the web of life, and all a part of the infinite wonder of life here on earth. Tonight, together, we truly experienced that interconnectedness, and just for a few hours Became.

nd the moon… well she showed her face as we were on our way home, beaming down in all her shining glory, as beautiful as ever.

Our next Full Moon ceremony will be at Brockholes Stone Circle in Lancashire on Tuesday 2nd June. Click here for more details.
