1209b317Hidden in the ancient woodland of Gradbach, on the approach to the deep magical chasm there is a knowing that it holds secrets of the past. One of these secrets was about to be unraveled.

1209b329As usual, the run up to this earth healing session hadn’t been without event, but we were strong, together, and both walking in a straight line for a change. The negative energies, which are normally thrown directly at us knocking us off balance, couldn’t even get close to him today.

This time we were spared the detail of what had happened to trap the energy, the Spirit of the Place. In our protective circle we filled the chasm with sage, and stood mesmerised as the smoke drifted up through the rain kissed ferns and mosses. We sprinkled sacred water at each entrance, collected from the Shropshire Stiperstones, and blessed with energy from the Sidhe realm.

We filled the chasm with light, and received the message that our work had made it safe for children once more. And as we took down the circle, as if we needed a sign, a group of children emerged into the space, innocent and unknowing of our work, or what happened here many years ago.

1307c333The dragon guards the space, protecting it, holding it. The energy is lifted once more, and our quest continues to release more sites, which have been bound by ritual over time, keeping the vibration of our planet low.

We are only scratching the surface of the secrets of our earth, secrets once known to our ancestors who were so much more connected to this land. A connection I hope we can get back again. A connection we need to get back again if we are to remain inhabitants, guests of our beautiful Earth. A connection we are helping to get back.
